It’s important we can correctly identify which parts are suitable for your appliance. To help us we ask that you provide the following details:
Make – The manufacturer of your appliance, usually written on the outside of the appliance and/or on the rating plate.
Model – Usually contains letters and numbers. Sometimes referred to as Type and in the case of Bosch/Neff/Siemens begins E-nr, this helps us identify which appliance you have. The model number is almost always found inside or on the back of the appliance and is rarely the number written on the outside of the appliance.
Serial Number – Not always needed to identify parts but required in some cases, can be referred to as a Fabrication or Production number.
If you have trouble finding the relevant numbers on your appliance please check our FAQs for help locating them.
Part Required – A description of the part needed. If you’re not sure what the part is called you can phone us and describe it, email us a photo or if you give us the make and model we can usually provide an exploded diagram to help you identify it.
