How to Use

Before you begin

Rework compost between hands to allow it to regain intended texture.
Seedlings

Hold seedlings carefully to avoid damage and gently tease the roots from the compost. Space seedlings out and remember to water regularly.
*For seed sowing we always recommend using a dedicated seed sowing compost
Beds & Borders

Dig a hole twice the depth and diameter of the roots. Place your plant in the hole, fill any gaps with compost and then water.
Pots & Baskets

Tap your plant from your old pot, shake off loose compost and place into your new pot. Fill any gaps and then water.

Remember to feed

Boost All Purpose Liquid Plant Food is specially formulated for use with peat reduced, peat free and ericaceous composts, delivery 4x more blooms**, more fruits and vegetables!
**bedding plants versus unfed

Water wisely

Even with West+2© we still recommend more frequent watering due to peat free composts' more open, porous structure. The surface of the compost can also appear dry, while deeper down it is still moist. Check moisture levels by simply simply pushing your finger into the compost to check if its dry before watering.
Westland New Horizon All Plant Compost is a gardener's ally-a blend that nurtures, supports, and encourages lush growth. So, grab your trowel, dig in, and watch your garden flourish!
